I originally bought the 3 man set from Referee Store and needed a 4th set as I'm able to get higher level games.

This radio, for me, works much better than others when it comes to interference or other radio sounds that are common in less expense models. If you are an official doing games that have a 3-4 man crew, get these. Range, battery life, ease of use, and never lost paring for me.
