Unreal in all ways. Sound quality is unreal, battery life is great (about 3 x senior matches) The standard h/sets are ok, would encourage use of BOOM Mic 3, These are lightweight, arm bands are great ( I work with Junior refs at times and the arm straps suit their smaller arms) I also got the hardcase which is suitable but is ultra pro. Service I got from the REFSTORE team was unreal. took about 6 days to get from Canada to Australia, packaging was great. On the field, BOOM!! its magic. Getting AR's to watch back field play, managing the TA's and monitoring for off's when we are all communicating gives me the best possible focus in the middle of pitch and where the ball is being played. I was hoping for a great product but not fully expecting them to be the best. All my expectations were blown away with this product. After 5 months of weekly use, the 50 plus refs including myself have never had a major issue. Every ref has loved this system, so it really is 100% satisfaction guaranteed Once you fit the head set to your ear it won't move. The receiver which I strap to my arm doesn't move once tightened nor does it alter my arm movement. It cancels the whistle out so all you here is "static". The vocal clarity is crystal clear. I worked with a couple of refs who had done MLS preseason games with PRO and FIFA officials using their $2500+ comm system. The refs said this set had much better sound and was drastically more clear. There isn't a real need for this system in the youth game. That said as you are advancing in your referee career and are on higher level games these are a vital tool to get calls correct with more ease and certainty.

Not sure how we would referee without these now! They're very easy to set up and use. The earpieces are pretty comfortable and stay in place while you run and surprisingly the sound quality is very good. The whistle is muffled so you don't get a piercing sound when it's used and you can hear everything! These systems cut about 70% of the touchline bitching and challenges you'll get from coaches and parents, as they too are impressed with these and finally are somewhat calm now... These help tremendously during the game and keep the team on the same page at times.

I highly recommend these to anyone serious about the game or training other refs.

The sound quality is very good, the ear piece stays in place while you're running. The radio is very light. Battery is great. Once you set everything up (one time set up) you turn it on with one button.
I would highly recommend this set.

As a sate referee I have used Vokkero and RefTalk in the past. While Vokkero was simply amazing and RefTalk completely horrible, Ref-Comm is just great. I mean for the price of $700 this is as good as it gets. Quality of sound is excellent (cellphone quality), the headset is very comfy and surprisingly stays in place/ear very well. The battery is more than sufficient for several games in a row. I really cant say enough good about tho set. Highly recommended.
