Fox 40 Classic CMG Whistle

Fox 40 Classic CMG Referee Whistle

The Fox 40 Classic CMG Referee Whistle builds on the proven design of the original FOX 40 Classic by adding a Cushioned Mouth Grip (CMG) for greater comfort, control, and protection during repeated use. Designed for referees and sports officials who may keep a whistle in their mouth for extended periods, it combines the familiar 115 dB Fox 40 sound with a softer, more comfortable mouthpiece.

Key Features and Benefits

The Classic CMG retains the dependable three-chamber pealess design of the original Fox 40 Classic while improving comfort at the mouthpiece.

• Cushioned Mouth Grip (CMG) adds a softer surface around the mouthpiece
• Thermoplastic mouth grip material provides added comfort and protection for teeth
• Improved grip and control during active officiating
• Particularly useful for officials who hold the whistle in their mouth for extended periods
• Three-chamber pealess design with no internal pea or moving parts
• Sound power up to 115 dB for a strong, penetrating signal
• Designed to produce consistent and reliable sound
• Suitable for soccer, football, basketball, volleyball, and other officiated sports

The cushioned mouthpiece is what sets this model apart from the standard Classic. It gives officials a more comfortable contact point without sacrificing the crisp, powerful sound that has made Fox 40 whistles so widely used in sports officiating.

Built for Comfort and Control

For referees who frequently keep a whistle between their teeth or use it repeatedly throughout a match, comfort matters. The CMG design helps reduce direct contact with the hard plastic mouthpiece while also providing a more secure feel.

That added comfort can make a noticeable difference during long matches, tournament schedules, and multiple-game assignments, while the pealess construction helps maintain dependable performance without internal moving parts.
