Fox 40 Breakaway Lanyard with P.T. System Adapter

Fox 40 Breakaway Lanyard with P.T. System Adapter

The Fox 40 Breakaway Lanyard with P.T. System Adapter is designed for referees working with Precision Timing Systems, providing a direct connection between a compatible FOX 40 pealess whistle and the timing system. When the referee blows the whistle, the connected system is designed to stop the game clock automatically, helping synchronize the official’s whistle with game timing.

Key Features and Benefits

Built for officials working in venues that use Precision Timing technology, this specialized lanyard combines whistle access, system connectivity, and a breakaway safety design.

• P.T. System Adapter included for connection to compatible Precision Timing Systems
• Connects a FOX 40 pealess whistle directly to the timing system
• Allows the system to automatically stop the game clock when the whistle is blown
• 30-inch lanyard length for comfortable game-day use
• Breakaway safety design that can separate under sufficient tension
• Keeps the whistle readily accessible while maintaining the required timing-system connection
• Designed for use wherever Precision Timing Systems are required

Unlike a standard whistle lanyard, this model incorporates the adapter needed to interface with a Precision Timing System. It is therefore an important piece of equipment for officials assigned to games and venues where whistle-activated clock control is used.

Designed for Precision Timing System Assignments

In Precision Timing environments, the referee’s whistle becomes part of the game-clock operation. The P.T. System Adapter provides the connection needed for the timing system to recognize the whistle signal and stop the clock automatically.

The 30-inch breakaway lanyard keeps the whistle positioned conveniently for normal officiating while providing the specialized connection required by the timing equipment.
