RefScorer Vibrating Referee Watch 2.0
The RefScorer Vibrating Referee Watch 2.0 is designed specifically for match officials who want more than a standard game timer. In addition to providing multiple referee timing modes and vibration alerts, it can record the match score, track home and away team shirt colors, support custom match lengths, and provide activity-tracking and interval-training functions in one compact officiating watch.
Referee Match-Day Features
Built around the needs of soccer referees, the RefScorer 2.0 combines game timing, score tracking, and match organization in a single watch.
- Records the match score directly on the watch
- Allows the referee to select and record home and away team shirt colors
- Count Up, Count Down, and Count Continue timing modes for different match-management preferences
- Count Continue Mode allows the timer to continue running through the full match rather than restarting after halftime
- Team kickoff reminder can be set from the Match Day Score screen
- Vibration and audible alerts provide discreet or audible timing notifications during the match
- Match-day vibration and beep alerts can be accessed from the normal time screen for convenient setup
These features give officials a practical way to keep important match information available on the wrist without relying on separate timing and scorekeeping tools.
Preset and Custom Match Timers
The RefScorer 2.0 provides a wide selection of preset match lengths for different competitions, age groups, training sessions, and tournament formats. Preset match timers ranging from 3 to 90 minutes, with multiple commonly used intervals including 5, 10, 15, 20, 30, 45, 60, and 90 minutes. The watch also includes a User Set Time function, allowing officials to create their own match length rather than being limited to preset options. If a competition uses an unusual period length, such as 17 minutes and 30 seconds, the referee can program that time directly into the watch.
Activity and Training Functions
Beyond match-day officiating, the RefScorer 2.0 also includes useful fitness and training functions.
- Step tracking
- Distance tracking
- Calorie tracking
- Interval Training Mode for HIIT sessions, sprint work, repetition training, and referee fitness preparation
- Preset interval options of 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 10 minutes
- Custom interval lengths available through the User Set Time feature
These additional functions make the watch useful not only during matches but also during referee fitness training and conditioning sessions.
Included Reusable Watch Pouch
The RefScorer 2.0 includes a reusable watch pouch that provides a convenient place to protect and store the watch between assignments. The pouch can also be used for other small officiating essentials such as whistles, referee coins, and similar accessories.

Great Improvements, BUT
I love everything about the improvements made to 2.0 version. The only thing remaining is t be able to add goals when the timer is stopped.

Item as expected...
Received this watch as a gift, have yet to use it as we are in soccer off season in the Northeast. I suspect that it will be another useful tool for instances where a pad is not feasible to be utilized. Like to have a back up for each need during a match! Only listed as 4 stars because I have not used it as of the writing of this review.

Great Accessory
I bought this watch towards the end of the season and used it for some 30 odd games in the Fall. It's fairly easy to operate, but it gets a bit sluggish when temperatures are low. It obviously saves paper, but the team color option is redundant (the teams are either home or away - it doesn't matter what color they have). It would have been nicer to have the display showing slightly bigger fonts for us older referees.
It's probably 4 1/2 star rather than 4, but that wasn't an option. This is a good investment. -
Very cool watch
Easy to use. Many features. I like the option to program team jerseys and the score keeping ability.
